The location was great and had a very comfortable bed.The studio was spacious and had everything we needed.

The restaurant,shop and pool had closed.I would advise that you need a car to stay here.

An ideal place for family vacations, the location is truly gorgeous, a lot of other good places within 0.5-2 hour drive from there. Their own restaurant is incredibly good!

The beach is a bit distant from the appartments

Very nice location for everyone who likes relaxing on the beach or try watersports in the nearby Porto Pollo. Very friendly people.

We arrived at 1PM only to find out that the reception reopens at 5. When we finally got to our room... well, I might complain about the old small TV set or lack of wifi but when we realized there was no air conditioning, with +34 'C outside, we were really disappointed.

The setting is truly beautyful, in a secluded bay in the middle of huge granite rocks. The beach is very quiet (end of august), about 10 minutes walk from the room, and the sunbeds are for free for guests. The 1- bedroom apartment, though small an very basically furnished, was neat and had a gourgeous view over the bay. (Not all rooms share the same view though). The village of Palau (10 minutes away by car) is nice and very lively in the evening, without being pretentious as in the nearby costa smeralda. There are many activities for kids including tennis classes (in italian). There are no mosquitos (they treat the area regularly)

The swimming pool is closed between 13:00 and 15:30, there are no changing rooms, no bar, and no sunbeds (only chairs) around the pool, and the use of swimming caps is compulsory.The room had no airco (though it can get pretty hot in this area), no oven and no microwave. Wi-fi internet is available in some areas, but is charged at a pretty high price.

The pool are closed every day 13-15.30!!! It is a salt-water pool. No information at all about this in the hotel information. Too loud music played at the pool. And you are not allowed to dive or jump in the pool?!! Not enough sunbeds at the pool. No cleaning service at all during the stay, the beds are not even made at the arrival?! And again, no infromation at all about this. If we knew all this we would have chosen an other hotel. No walking distance to any restaurants, (only one located at the hotel). A rental car is a must according to us.

The setting was stunning the staff were very helpful although only one spoke english there were no english papers in the shop but wifi was available. Surprised the swimming pool closed on 7th September but not a big problem because the private beach was only 5 minutes away. Boat trip around the islands was excellent and good value for money.

It was in a beautiful setting, very relaxing and very romantic.

We were travelling without a car and the bus services were very infrequent - further from Palau port than we thought.

we were searching in vain for rubbish bins and used public ones in Costa Serena

Great price for the facilities and size of the room with a fab balcony and there is everything on site you need if you don't want to leave (restaurant, shops, bar). The private beach is lovely and the whole place seemed family friendly

The swimming pools weren't open even though it was early June.

It's a quite place close to Palau! And the appartment was great.

The service was excellent. The view spectacular and the beach and water perfect!

location close to a private beach (400m walk) view from balcony we booked a studio and got a 1-bedroom apartment for no extra charge.

we stayed there for 2 nights end of september and is was absolutely deserted. almost scary, especially at night.. pool, shop and bar were already closed at this time of year (this was mentioned in the description on Booked.net). furniture and utensils seemed to be coming right out of the '80... location quite a drive from Palau-centre aswell.
